FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For the instant preview on our site a .jpg or .png will work so that you can get a quick peek at what your product will look like. But for the real deal we will need a .EPS, .Ai (embedded), or .PDF file to ensure the highest print quality. If you do not have these file types, you can contact us and we can connect you with our award-winning graphic designers who are happy to help get your artwork ready for print. This may result in a charge for design time.
Yes, after you have uploaded your file, you will be able to render a preview of the finished product. This will give you a good idea of what the final product will look like. Once you have approved this preview and check out we will get to work processing and printing your order. If you are ordering a promotional item, you will receive an additional proof via email from the manufacturer which you will need to approve before your product can go into production. Please be sure to examine all proofs carefully for spelling, grammar, and correct artwork before submitting approval.
Orders for pop top doob tubes and labels can take 5-7 days depending on quantity and embellishment print options. Promotional items, due to the fact that they are manufactured outside of our facility, can take 4-6 weeks depending on availability and quantity. For a more accurate shipping estimate please contact a member of our executive sales team and they will be able to assist you with a personalized timeline.
Some products are available for rush shipping. If you are working within a narrow time frame, contact one of our executive account representatives by calling 844-226-4653 and they will be able to work with you to ensure you get what you need when you need it.

If you are an established client of GLP please reach out to your personal sales rep before placing an order. This is so that everything remains consistent, and you will not have to resubmit artwork.
